If you are currently in foster care or have experienced foster care in the past, this site is for you. It is designed to inform and empower you regarding your rights, resources, how to share your voice, and how to file a complaint if you feel that your rights have been violated. Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) is committed to ensuring that youth and young adults that have experienced out-of-home care have a supportive path to independence.
